Gate valves are designed to meet customers' demand for high-quality, high-reliability and affordable valves. All gate valves of Zhengxuan are made by making full use of modern raw materials and processing technology. It is easy to maintain and fully complies with international design requirements and quality assurance. All gate valves are manufactured in accordance with API 6A specifications in workshops certified to API Q1 and ISO 9001.
 
All valve bodies and bonnets are made of cast or forged AISI4130 or AISI410. Other special materials such as Inconel stainless steel or duplex stainless steel can also be used according to customer requirements.
 
Precision grinding between the valve plate and the valve seat ensures a reliable seal between the metal surfaces.
 
The expansion flat valve is designed with an elastic sealing surface on the valve seat to cooperate with the flow seal to ensure that the valve seat is tightly wedged into the valve seat mouth when it is open or closed.
 
All gate valves are bidirectionally sealed, with no risk of pressure leakage, and have good sealing performance for pressure in all directions.
 
The valve stem seal is a non-elastic seal, suitable for most fluids and gases. The valve stem using PTFE/R-PTFE sealing device has a small operating torque because its friction resistance is reduced to a minimum. The valve stem seal can also use graphite material according to the actual applicable temperature environment.
